About the project
The challenge
​Customer service representatives needed clear, accessible refreshers on two key service recovery protocols. However, limited time and workload constraints made it difficult for them to attend live or scheduled training sessions.
The Solution
​To meet this need, I created a two-part series of short videos that delivered focused, easy-to-follow guidance on each protocol. This microlearning approach provided just-in-time support without disrupting daily workflows.
